About the role

  • Commissioning, network configuration, and on-site troubleshooting and fault resolution at our customers' locations
  • Performing repairs and maintenance, and recording all service-related data in the Service Management System
  • Responsible for assessing and qualifying warranty and guarantee cases
  • Supporting sales by actively promoting technical services
  • Developing customer-specific workflows and problem solutions and implementing them

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship/qualification as an Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or an equivalent technical qualification
  • Initial professional experience in technical customer service
  • Experience with networks and communication technologies
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as MS Office
  • Valid Class B driver's license is required
  • Strong customer orientation combined with the ability to communicate appropriately with different target audiences
