About the role
- Commissioning, network integration, troubleshooting and fault resolution on-site at customer locations
- Perform repairs and maintenance and record service-related data in the Service Management System
- Responsible for assessing warranty and guarantee claims
- Support sales by actively promoting technical services
- Develop and implement customer-specific workflows and technical solutions
Requirements
- Completed training as an Information Electronics Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification
- Some professional experience in technical customer service
- Experience with networks and communication technologies
- Good knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as MS Office
- Valid Class B driver’s license required
- Strong customer orientation combined with the ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences
