Manager

• Atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de vente sur le territoire pour l'ensemble du portefeuille d'injectables esthétiques de Hugel.
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan d'affaires stratégique adapté aux marchés de l'est du Québec et des provinces de l’Atlantique.
• Gérer efficacement le cycle de vente, incluant la vente incitative (upselling), la vente croisée (cross-selling) et l'adoption des produits par les clients.
• Analyser les données et les tendances du marché régional afin d'orienter les stratégies de mise en marché (go-to-market) en tenant compte des particularités des différents réseaux de santé provinciaux.
• Cultiver des relations stratégiques solides avec les comptes clés, les médecins, les cliniques et les leaders d'opinion (KOL) de l'est du Québec et des provinces de l'Atlantique.
• Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour les clients, en veillant à leur offrir un soutien et une satisfaction de premier ordre.
• Mener des réunions régulières avec les clients pour évaluer leurs besoins, suivre le rendement et renforcer leur fidélité.
• Négocier des contrats qui s'alignent sur les objectifs de l'entreprise tout en maximisant la valeur pour le client.
• Profiler et segmenter le territoire assigné afin de cerner les occasions de croissance et les tendances émergentes à l'échelle d'une vaste zone géographique.
• Développer des plans de comptes détaillés et maintenir un bassin (pipeline) robuste d'opportunités.

Account Manager – Quebec East Territory, Atlantic Provinces

• Lead the contracting process for new strategic accounts in your territory, from initial diligence through executed agreement.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, owner, medical director, and procurement decision-makers.
• Negotiate complex, high-value agreements with attention to commercial terms, performance commitments, and long-term partnership structure.
• Onboard accounts transitioning to Hugel from the prior Letybo distributor, ensuring continuity of relationship, contractual clarity, and a smooth handoff that protects existing volume.
• Own utilization, share of wallet growth, and retention across every strategic account in your territory.
• Conduct regular business reviews with each account, surfacing performance data, identifying gaps, and driving expansion conversations.

Strategic Account Manager

• Lead the contracting process for new strategic accounts in your territory, from initial diligence through executed agreement.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, owner, medical director, and procurement decision-makers.
• Negotiate complex, high-value agreements with attention to commercial terms, performance commitments, and long-term partnership structure.
• Partner with the Director of National Accounts on enterprise-level deal architecture and approvals.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline of target accounts with clear stages, expected close dates, and contract value.
• Onboard accounts transitioning to Hugel from the prior Letybo distributor, ensuring continuity of relationship, contractual clarity, and a smooth handoff that protects existing volume.
• Drive expansion within existing accounts: more locations active, deeper Letybo utilization per location, and migration of additional injectors onto the brand.
• Hold every account to the commitments embedded in their contract: minimum purchase volumes, growth thresholds, exclusivity terms, MPR targets, and any performance-based rebate or incentive structures.
• Segment each strategic account based on organizational structure and develop a written strategic plan for each account that defines the path to winning contract commitment for Letybo and the support framework required to make the brand win sticky.
• Coordinate closely with marketing liaisons to ensure each account receives the appropriate co-branded promotional support, patient education materials, digital campaigns, and event activation.

Director

• Define and execute a differentiated national accounts strategy aligned with Hugel’s growth objectives and customer philosophy.
• Shape how Hugel engages with strategic, multi-site aesthetic accounts in a rapidly evolving market.
• Partner with the VP of Sales and leadership team to influence commercial strategy and execution.
• Help shape how Hugel competes in a landscape of PE-backed platforms, MSOs, IDNs, and multi-site groups.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of National Account Managers.
• Set a high bar for performance, ownership, and execution.
• Build a culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and customer focus.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across national accounts.
• Negotiate and close complex, high-value agreements.
• Develop long-term plans to deepen and expand key account partnerships over time.
• Drive adoption and expansion of Letybo across national accounts as the foundational product.
• Ensure strong alignment between contracting, onboarding, training, and field execution.
• Own accountability for post-contract performance, utilization, and share of wallet growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver value beyond product and price.
• Represent Hugel at key industry conferences and trade show events to deepen relationships and drive brand presence.
• Lay the foundation for future portfolio integration as Hugel’s U.S. product offering evolves.
• Leverage data and analytics tools to identify opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers.
• Lead business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
• Continuously refine approach based on market feedback and results.
