  • You’ll drive technical strategy, maintain efficiency, collaborate across disciplines, empower your team, and champion Agile practices.
  • Lead a team of 4-8 Software Engineers with autonomy to find the best solutions.
  • We prioritize candidates near Lincoln, Nebraska, but remote candidates in listed states are welcome.
  • Must-Haves: experience leading others; strong full-stack and cloud proficiency; TDD/CI/CD; critical thinking.
  • Nice-to-Haves: multi-level team experience; experience with C#, React, React-Native, MongoDB, AWS; sports tech knowledge.
