About the role

  • - Working closely with the Events Manager, coordinate plans and deliver press launches, influencer events and brand activations that align with the Global/local strategies and marketing calendars.
  • - Coordinate with external suppliers, including and not limited to production teams, venues, merchandise suppliers, stylists, and other vendors.
  • - Manage purchase order creation, ensuring accurate budget tracking and timely processing of vendor payments.
  • - Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • - Collaborate with PR & Influencer teams to create content opportunities at events.
  • - Coordinate photographers, videographers and social content capture.
  • - Coordinate sharing key content with social team for ongoing inclusion on Huda Beauty channels.
  • - Ensure event moments are designed for social media amplification.
  • - Coordinate event schedules, run sheets and briefing documents.
  • - Coordinate shipping of products, gifting and event materials.
  • - Oversee event setup, onsite coordination and breakdown.
  • - Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively as needed.
  • - Track event performance including attendance, social reach and influencer coverage.
  • - Prepare post-event reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • - 2 - 4 years’ experience in event co-ordination, PR events or influencer marketing.
  • - Experiencing organising press launches, influencer activations or brand events.
  • - Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • - Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • - Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • - Budget management experience preferred.

  • - Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and at live events.

  • - Great team player with strong ability to work self-sufficiently
