• Working with Assistant PR Manager to implement key focus of marketing calendars and global PR direction
• Coordinating strategic plans & local initiatives to support NPD launches and sustain core collection across brands
• Driving and growing relations across media disciplines (media and influencers)
• Coordinating Retailer press days as required
• Ensuring seasonal gifting list is current and organized in timely fashion
• Coordinating proposals, acquisition and maintenance of influencer lists
• Maintaining and developing strong press contacts with national, mainstream, niche and online titles
• Coordinating media monitoring system and data storing platforms to ensure they are up to date
• Supporting coordination of Southern EU PR agencies

PR & Influencer Coordinator

Manager

• Main point of contact for internal category supply chain contacts. Own all communication regarding forecast changes, “what-if” projections in line with operating strategy
• Lead monthly Demand Review overviews presenting demand forecast and supporting needs to Global Supply Chain / Demand Planning teams highlighting areas of opportunity and variances to last submission
• Lead forecast inventory on a weekly basis and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained by consistently reviewing weeks of supply, sell through, and trend
• Build out successful sales/inventory launch planning models for expansion within the Americas to help support brand awareness.
• Build a demand forecast at the SKU level for the coming 24 months that includes all future marketing, social media plans
• Maintain quality and consistency of key forecast changes and Risks & Opportunities
• Partner with retail counterparts (by region) to develop newness/launch forecasts and buys and align on monthly OTB forecasts
• Partner with retail counterparts (by region) to build and manage obsolescence / liquidation strategies
• Develop gap analysis tools between actuals sales and forecast
• Analyze retailer inventory and sales to create and maintain annual RTV budget by Retailer/Brand
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and cross-channel teams
• Work closely with the DRP / inventory teams to include new trends into inventory planning
• Analyze forecast accuracy issues and build forecast accuracy action plans across the organization
• Manage internal Budget from a demand (sell in) / inventory management perspective to aid in achieving company sales targets and operating profits.

• Plan & execute in-store training, implement & translate training materials in your region
• Upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques.
• Lead & plan large scale trainings in your region including classroom & convention style.
• Build strong relationships with HQ training teams
• Support & train BA’s prior & during all animations to deliver maximum ROI.
• Support PR masterclasses.
• Manage and control product incentives with the retailers for the in-store personnel and training kits for retailer HQ.
• Lead by example by driving sales on shop floor & delivering exceptional customer service.
• Report stock & tester issues.
• Ensure gondola hygiene standards are at a high level at all times.
• Feedback on trends in the market & providing key sales opportunities for events & activities.
• Build strong relationships with floor managers & store directors to maximize the brands exposure.
• Support instore trade animations in relevant stores
• Deliver consumer masterclasses
• Work closely with your manager to schedule calendar and strategize sales & education opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment, scheduling, training & reporting for agengy staff.
• Evaluate sales & training programs and share feedback with relevant stakeholders.
• To report/ log all store visits and sales & training successes with line manager and provide feedback to relevant internal & external departments.
• This role will require upto 80% of travel across all of UK & IRE. **Please refer to mock up schedule**
• This role may require travel to other EU countries for high level events.
• Support EU trainings requested by Director of Global Education
• Work within company expense budgets, schedule travel per call cycle, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
