Lead and optimize inventory management processes, including receiving, stock replenishment, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and optimizing stock flow
Oversee and manage POS system operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system integrity
Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience that embodies the Huckberry brand and fosters customer loyalty
Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
Assist in driving sales performance by providing excellent product knowledge and personalized customer recommendations
Support the General Manager in implementing and maintaining retail processes and standards
Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions
Maintain open communication with the General Manager and HQ team to ensure alignment on store initiatives and promotions
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a retail sales store operations role preferred
A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
