Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Management, People Operations, or HR Programs
- Direct experience implementing or optimizing performance management and/or talent assessment systems
- Strong understanding of Workday and ServiceNow
- Experience partnering closely with HRIS, IT, or People Systems teams
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics in People processes
- Strong project and change management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for continuous improvement
