About the role
- Join the Legal Commercial Vendor Management team
- Manage a high volume of vendor agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate various vendor agreements
- Lead complex negotiations
- Provide risk-based guidance to stakeholders
- Advise on contracts involving AI-enabled tools
- Stay current on evolving legal developments related to AI
- Draft and update contract templates including AI-related provisions
- Provide training on contracting processes
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 6–10+ years of commercial contracting experience, preferably in-house
- Significant experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, and technology vendor agreements
- Demonstrated experience negotiating AI-related contracts, including data rights
- Experience managing a high volume of agreements in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with Procurement and Security teams strongly preferred
