About the role
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities through journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Take ownership of recurring accounting tasks that boost team productivity and free up capacity for strategic, high-priority work.
- Assist with financial reporting and ensure accuracy across core accounting systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, resolve questions, and support operational workflows.
Requirements
- Interest in accounting, finance, or a related field through coursework or equivalent experience.
- Able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour/week internship from June to August 2026 (and continue internship part-time from September 2026 to May 2027)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and comfort asking questions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets or basic financial tools.
