About the role
- Co-create the roadmap for pricing and packaging experiences across the top of our acquisition funnel
- Use compelling journey scenarios, flows, and design craft to influence strategy and motivate cross-functional teams
- Bring AI-first concepts to accelerate outcomes and elevate product experiences
- Partner with researchers, content designers, and engineers to refine, test, and deliver iterative solutions
- Own your work end-to-end, using our Trellis design system for speed, efficiency, and scalability
- Support junior designers and help grow HubSpot’s UX culture of craft, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous systems with curiosity and a builder’s mindset
- Ability to prioritize, focus, and drive work to measurable customer and business impact
- Case studies that demonstrate successful, intuitive solutions and clear storytelling
- Proven ability to influence strategy and align across teams
- High bar for design quality from discovery to polished prototypes, partnering seamlessly with Product marketing, Product managers and engineers
- Passion for coaching, feedback, and helping elevate peers and the broader UX org.
