About the role
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present products and services to potential clients through effective demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure deals.
- Close sales and achieve targets by understanding customer requirements and addressing concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with sales team and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable product or service (required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required)
- Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with potential and existing clients
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
- Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow ups, and sales appointments efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively
