- Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Coordinating resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Creating and managing production schedules to meet demand and deadlines
- Overseeing inventory levels to maintain adequate stock without excess
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends, area for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities
- Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow processes
- Predicting future demand and planning accordingly to meet business needs
- Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Contributing to key decisions related to operations and process enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics or related field
- 6-10 years of relevant experience (required)
- Previous progressively responsible leadership or managerial experience (required)
- Strong computer literacy including advanced capability in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look Ups), Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Exceptionally articulate in oral and written communications built on strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Results driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
