About the role
- Overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
- Organizing and communicating all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members.
- Serving as a liaison between team members and the project manager.
- Helping manage projects, and communicating cross functionally to help meet production goals and objections.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Dividing projects into achievable actions and establishing timeframes.
- Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.
- Ensuring that client needs are met as projects evolve.
- Helping prepare budgets.
- Analyzing risks and opportunities.
- Overseeing project procurement management.
- Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.
- Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of project coordinating experience (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- CAPM or PMP certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of project management software and systems
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
