About the role
- Prepare redlines for T&Cs, evaluate deal risks, and obtain necessary BU approvals
- Support negotiations with customers and Grid Automation VP GMs to optimize company growth and value
- Exercise judgment to resolve complex issues and keep agreement timelines on track
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure prompt responses to T&Cs under negotiation
- Review and assess proposal risks, working with proposal management to deliver high-quality proposals
Requirements
- Over 10 years' experience negotiating commercial contracts in the energy/utilities sector
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Economics from an accredited institution
- Expert in preparing and negotiating commercial contracts and MSAs
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Collaborative mindset with foundations of supporting our customers both external and internal
- Strong motivation to apply Lean principles to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- MBA degree desired
