About the role
- Develop a strong network of contractors and end users
- Apply product features and benefits to provide value add solutions
- Develop strong channel relationships and identify stock opportunities to National Account team.
- Support price realization in the marketplace
- Manage the sales cycle on projects from specification to successful order placement
- Execute promotional, training and new product initiatives
- Collaborate with other Hubbell Canada ULC sales people in other Business Units to expand sales
- Report activity through SalesForce
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university – Business, Marketing or Sales
- 6 years minimum of either year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid Driver’s license required - 40 to 60% Travel required within the Western Region
