About the role
- Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment across segments and functional levels
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies in master data
- Develop a reporting structure and cadence to key stakeholders on the health of the master data
- Perform in depth master data reviews tied to established business guidance
- Work with Site Business Leaders to facilitate updates to Site/Business managed Master Data
- Provide training and support to site team members to help improve the understanding of the importance of maintaining master data
- Lead Master Data reviews across Hubbell's SAP sites to maintain data integrity
- Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process disciplines
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, priorities workload, and achieve results
Requirements
- 3+ years of working with Materials/Supply chain processes and/or master data, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Technical Competencies MS Office, advanced Excel experience required
- SAP Hanna
- SQL
- Power BI (DAX)
- R/Python are helpful
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
