About the role
- Lead Lean and CI strategy development across factories
- Identify, prioritize, and manage improvement projects
- Establish and maintain CI standards across departments
- Build and sustain model areas
- Partner with department leaders to create standard work
- Facilitate kaizen events and workshops
- Support Operations and Materials teams by evaluating flow constraints
- Coach supervisors on management practices
- Develop training materials and exercises
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Proven ability to implement CI tools
- Strong analytical skills
