About the role
- Advise and support a diverse business clientele on individual employment law matters;
- Prepare and review legal documentation related to employment relationships;
- Independently manage employment-related litigation files;
- Handle mandates involving contract law and/or dispute management;
- Collaborate with various professionals within the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Approximately 6 years of legal practice, including at least 4 years in employment law, with experience applying the Act respecting Labour Standards (LNT), the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (LATMP), and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (LSST);
- Relevant experience in litigation and/or contract law;
- Asset: Relevant experience in real estate law and/or construction law;
- Excellent drafting skills for preparing and reviewing legal documents;
- Effective communication skills in both French and English, orally and in writing;
- Demonstrate rigor and an exemplary work ethic;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently;
- Show proactivity, autonomy, and initiative in case management.
