About the role
- The Commercial Lines Account Executive manages an assigned book of business, develops client relationships and delivers to grow and retain clients.
- Ensures Producers, when assigned, are fully informed about and prepared for all client meetings and interfaces.
- Establishes and maintain strong and productive professional relationships with “C-Level” and other decision makers for assigned HUB clients.
- Directly oversees and coordinates the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle.
- Ensures that all client service needs are promptly and professionally delivered.
- Conducts annual review w/clients making coverage and loss control recommendations focused on reducing the clients’ total cost of risk.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 7+ years insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Property & Causality License
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and agency management systems.
