💰 $29 - $33 per hour
About the role
- Service the day to day needs of our insureds
- Manage the execution of all aspects of the client renewal
- Manage and delegate work as needed to assistant account managers
- Maintain accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC)
Requirements
- 3 years insurance account management experience
- Well versed in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- EPIC experience is a plus
