About the role
- Manage a more complex or specialized book of insurance business
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues
- Field client communications related to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
- Execute client renewal process including marketing, terms and pricing negotiation
- Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included
- Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction
- Delegate work to Associate Account Managers and Account Managers
- Train and collaborate with team members to share and educate on coverage and client knowledge
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- 4 years insurance brokerage experience in account management role
- Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
