About the role
- Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Partnership
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and workforce plans
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent community engagement
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across assigned lines of business
- Actively promote HUB’s employer brand through targeted outreach, relationship building, and talent engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a full-cycle Recruiter role
- Must be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support a rapidly growing organization
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- LinkedIn, Workday and Indeed Resume experience are a plus but not required
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed for training, team meetings, etc. (less than 10%)
