About the role
- Assisting in the achievement of client retention goals
- Effectively and consistently providing exceptional client service
- Fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, respect, and teamwork
- Focusing on continuous improvement
- Supporting small to moderate sized clients and larger clients with complex needs
- Day-to-day management of an assigned book of business
- Functioning as a mentor to Associate Account Manager(s)
- Supporting Account Executives with operational support
Requirements
- Level 2 Insurance license
- Completion of CAIB or CIP designation is required
- Completion of an advanced insurance designation such as CPIB/CCIP/FCIP/CRM considered an asset
- 7+ years of commercial property & casualty experience is required
- Motivated to help support a diverse team
- Proactive and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
