About the role
- Manage an assigned book of business
- Develop client relationships and strive to grow and retain clients
- Oversee management of assigned accounts including interacting with decision makers
- Proactive consultation, insurance program design, and negotiation of coverage terms
- Ensure Producers are informed about client needs and meetings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision makers for assigned clients
- Conduct annual reviews with clients making coverage and loss control recommendations
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services
- Work with Producer or maintain current receivable status for assigned clients
Requirements
- Yacht/Marine Insurance experience preferred
- High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years of related Personal Lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment
- Must have High Net-Worth/Private Client experience
- Experience within the Entertainment industry is strongly preferred
- Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various AMSs (Epic preferred)
- Willing to complete continuing education requirements, as needed
- Willing to work outside of normal business, as needed
