About the role
- Oversee the Account Executives and manage a team of employee benefits service staff
- Develop training programs and assist with departmental policies
- Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices
- Ensure client deliverables meet expectations and branding standards
- Act as a resource for problem escalation and assist in new business opportunities
Requirements
- College degree required
- 8+ years of benefit insurance related experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Life & Health License
- Ability to assertively direct and supervise staff
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and agency management systems.
