About the role
- Provide administrative support to management in daily operations
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and internal workflows
- General office organization including document and filing maintenance
- Scan, record and systematically file receipts and documents
- Prepare and verify incoming and outgoing invoices
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in office, assistant or administrative roles is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Proficient user of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion, strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team
