Bookkeeper

• Perform ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting)
• Prepare and assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closings
• Produce management analyses and reports
• Handle payment transactions and perform account reconciliations
• Support budget planning and financial controlling
• Communicate with tax advisors, auditors and government authorities
• Contribute to the development and digitization of accounting processes

Marketing

• Creation of targeted marketing materials for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Support in the planning, organization and management of events, trade shows and product presentations
• Development and implementation of content formats to strengthen our brand presence
• Maintenance and regular updating of our news page and other marketing content
• Analysis of campaign and social media metrics to optimize future activities
• Maintenance and further development of marketing documentation and our media archive

Product Manager

• Support with requirements analysis, structuring and prioritization of features
• Close collaboration with development, design and project management to translate requirements into clear user stories and epics
• Contribute to the product roadmap and backlog management
• Support evaluation of commercial aspects (e.g., effort/benefit, target audience impact, product strategy)
• Testing and quality assurance of new features
• Maintain project documentation
