About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support for management in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and internal processes
- General office organization including document and filing maintenance
- Scanning, recording and structured filing of receipts and documents
- Preparation and review of incoming and outgoing invoices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in an office, assistant or administrative role is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent work style
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion, strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Friendly, professional manner and ability to work well in a team
