• Build and work a targeted list of outbound prospects, primarily mid-market companies that are a strong fit for custom software.
• Execute consistent outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and/or other creative channels to generate new conversations.
• Lead initial discovery calls to understand buyer needs and assess fit.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to our founders, with clear context on what was uncovered.
• Maintain organized CRM records and contribute to improving our outbound plays over time.
• Represent Haystack at select industry events and networking opportunities.
