About the role
- Lead Project Consulting initiatives customer projects
- Accountable for meeting annual billable target communicated by line manager
- Proactive, diligent, and accurate reporting both customer-facing and internal
- Expertise in Accounting & Tax, Legal Entity Management, HR and Payroll
- Serve as primary point of contact for both customers and HSP partners
- Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills, relationship management, and project and program management capabilities
- Contribute to departmental processes and deliverables
- Support related tasks requiring expertise and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in program and/or project management
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and Change Management
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Industry experience in Payroll is a requirement. Knowledge of Accounting, EOR and/or Entity Management, with technical knowledge related to international expansion is a plus.
- Knowledge of ADP Solutions, their methodologies, and applications are essential for this role. Knowledge of Cloudpay and other Payroll vendors platforms are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
