About the role
- Organize and oversee multi-project management for new initiatives
- Actively support project implementation
- Manage multiple concurrent projects (classic/waterfall and agile)
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and steering committees
- Analyze existing processes and develop practical, hands-on solutions
Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional experience in the energy sector
- University degree (e.g., industrial engineering or business administration) or commercial vocational training with further qualification in business management
- Ability to work independently and apply pragmatic solutions
- German language skills at least at C1 level; good English skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
