About the role
- For the further development of our Output Management solution in the area of customer communication, you will take on the coordination and control of template development in Output Management.
- Operational template development is primarily carried out by development teams but is accompanied by you from both a functional and technical perspective.
- You act as the central interface between business units, development teams and customers, aligning functional and technical requirements.
- You coordinate the implementation of document templates and support teams with functional and conceptual questions.
- You prioritize requirements and manage their implementation in close coordination with business units and development teams.
- You ensure the quality of our document solutions in terms of structure, performance and maintainability.
- You analyze existing Output Management processes, identify optimization potential and implement appropriate improvement measures.
- You prepare functional and test concepts, process descriptions as well as architecture and system documentation.
Requirements
- You have at least two years of professional experience in Output Management and are interested in becoming familiar with the workflows and processes of the energy industry.
- A completed degree with an IT focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Communications Informatics) is an advantage.
- You bring SQL skills and an understanding of relational data models.
- You have basic knowledge of programming languages, e.g., Python or JavaScript.
- You are familiar with version control (e.g., Git) and have an understanding of structured development and deployment processes.
- You have a strong sense for visual consistency, corporate design and a unified appearance of documents.
- You have already gained initial experience in the technical coordination of development tasks between business units and development teams.
- Ideally, you also have experience with document generation systems, preferably Eclipse BIRT Designer.
