About the role

  • Lead customer discovery with airlines, cruise, and rail operators to understand crew accommodation workflows
  • Translate customer pain points into clear product problems, validated requirements, and product initiatives
  • Own the product roadmap for the crew accommodation platform
  • Work closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Define and prioritize features that improve disruption handling and crew experience
  • Act as the voice of the customer in backlog refinement and delivery reviews
  • Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to support product launches
  • Use data and customer feedback to measure product success and improve platform performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong B2B experience is essential; experience in travel is strongly preferred
  • Passionate about solving real customer pain points with proven customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable using tools like prototype testing, customer interviews, and PRFAQs
  • Strategic product thinker linking product decisions to business goals
  • Strong financial acumen in areas such as revenue, margin, and cash contribution
  • Full ownership from idea to impact
