About the role
- Sales of our master data, product information management (PIM) and product marketing software solutions with a focus on acquiring new key accounts
- You identify, pursue and nurture enterprise leads generated through various channels, driving them to successful closes through your networking
- Using your enterprise sales experience, you regularly convert prospects along the customer journey into key accounts
- Based on your analysis of provided specifications and requirements profiles, you develop solution concepts that are closely aligned with customers' processes and business operations
- You negotiate contracts, terms and pricing agreements with prospective customers and effectively close deals to achieve your revenue targets
- You work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre‑Sales Consulting and Product Development as well as external implementation partners to strategically coordinate resources and ensure seamless communication regarding the fulfillment of customer requirements
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor's, master's or equivalent degree, ideally with a background in both business administration and technical subjects
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and a proven track record of generating business wins in enterprise software sales, preferably with globally operating, sales‑oriented software vendors
- You operate confidently and persuasively at decision‑maker level in both fluent German and English
- You are well familiar with complex buying centers on the customer side
- You combine analytical thinking and healthy self‑confidence with strong self‑motivation, determination and a drive for success
- You are driven by a strong willingness and readiness to network within the relevant community and to continuously build and expand your sales network
- You stay up to date on industry trends, products and services to remain competitive and effectively meet customer needs
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) is expected.
