About the role
- Responsible for the full New Business cycle in the DACH region
- Build and own your pipeline within your target segment
- Conduct C-level conversations and develop compelling value propositions
- Collaborate with Field Marketing, partners and the leadership team
- Forecasting, pipeline management and achieving targets
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales (ideally with platform/CRM/BPM/workflow solutions)
- Clear hunter mindset: you love New Business and are comfortable with cold outreach
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
- Very strong communication skills and experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
