About the role

  • Responsible for the full New Business cycle in the DACH region
  • Build and own your pipeline within your target segment
  • Conduct C-level conversations and develop compelling value propositions
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, partners and the leadership team
  • Forecasting, pipeline management and achieving targets

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales (ideally with platform/CRM/BPM/workflow solutions)
  • Clear hunter mindset: you love New Business and are comfortable with cold outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
  • Very strong communication skills and experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
