About the role
- Customer Order Processing
- Collect customer information according to the provided questionnaire
- Present products based on the customers individual needs and benefits
- Address and handle customer objections effectively
- Offer relevant product courses to customers
- Manage additional objections and finalize orders
- Complete training on time (1 niche every 4 days)
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker
- Basic computer skills
- Wired LAN internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or 5G)
- Headset with microphone (headband or over-ear type)
- Nice to Have: English proficiency (B2 level) – not mandatory
