About the role
- Research, identify, and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
- Pre-qualify prospects to ensure alignment with target markets and business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and online research platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
