About the role

  • Research, identify, and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Pre-qualify prospects to ensure alignment with target markets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings and introductions between qualified leads and the sales or account management teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records, tracking all lead interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and online research platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
