About the role
- Providing hands-on, long-term business consulting to external clients (founders, owners, and leaders) to build effective organizations by establishing People & Culture frameworks through an HR subscription model.
- Solving critical business challenges for clients across small & medium businesses, startups, investors, and growing companies across all sectors.
- Setting up all people-related processes in order to improve business efficiency and employee experience.
- Designing and implementing hiring processes by helping to profile new roles, establishing effective selection strategies, and supporting recruitment panels.
- Analyzing industry trends, drawing strategic insights, and incorporating these findings when developing processes and advising clients.
- Developing and implementing our original method Culturivy® on the client's side.
- Being part of the initiatives organized by Culturivy® Institute.
- Representing HR Hints at conferences and other events.
Requirements
- Experience working with an owner or founder; if none, minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and similar roles, with hands-on involvement in key HR processes including performance management, organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development.
- Experience in consulting and running your own business is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments.
- Fluency in Polish is a must.
- Knowledge of English, min. B2+.
