About the role
- Hands-on role working directly with systems, clients, and cross-functional teams to implement and support fintech solutions
- Help improve internal tools, deployment processes, and monitoring capabilities
- Configure and support fintech solutions tailored to client and partner needs
- Gather and refine business and technical requirements for new features
- Test, validate, and release solution updates and integrations
- Support compliance with regulatory and payment scheme standards
- Deliver payment technologies that are compliant, efficient, and ready to scale
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in solution delivery, technical support, or fintech development
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and integration projects
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills in English and Russian (to work with Ukrainian partners)
- Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT and card scheme products and integrations (nice to have)
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) for automation or debugging (nice to have)
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) (nice to have)
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments (nice to have)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines (nice to have)
