About the role
- Managing the marketing master document.
- Defining monthly creative goals.
- Planning the roadmap for sales events and product launches.
- Using Reddit, YouTube, interviews, and post-purchase surveys to identify customer pain points.
- Creating high-converting scripts and briefs.
- Building and communicating with the creator pool.
- Briefing video editors and designers.
- Analyzing KPIs and deriving iterative learnings.
- Responsible for retention marketing to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social advertising, paid social, or a comparable role.
- Proven track record with Meta Ads.
- Ability to scale brands through strategic content design.
- A mindset for holistic storylines, hooks, and formats.
- Excellent sense for trends and platform dynamics.
- Psychological direct-response copywriting.
- Data-driven and conceptually strong.
- Able to bridge business KPIs (CAC, MER, etc.) and creative metrics.
- Highly structured with conscientious project management.
