About the role
- Lay out available architectural options, analyze engineering trade-offs, and articulate recommendations to meet product goals, ensuring they meet ambitious performance, security, and scalability goals across the full HW/FW/SW stack.
- Design the architecture of AI systems and ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee and guide multiple design review sessions across different projects, ensuring consistency in design choices and adherence to best practices.
- Act as a key mentor for the team.
- Work cross-functionally to understand existing portfolio of technologies, derive capabilities & cost functions, and construct an overall end-to-end product solution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment through technical discussions, negotiations and executive reviews.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields
- Strong understanding of SoC system fundamentals, including memory hierarchy, coherency, clocking, power domains, boot and reset, test, and debug methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in AI workload characteristics.
- Experience with AI infrastructure solutions in production environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across organizations.
- Outstanding documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Typically, 10-15 years experience.
