About the role

  • As the Germany Business Development Manager for ARM-based Consumer Solutions, you will lead the creation and execution of 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Build and align the 4P plan across direct and indirect retail channels.
  • Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  • Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Consumer products in the country.
  • Drive readiness across local sales, marketing, and partner teams.
  • Monitor launch execution and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Define performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field.
  • PC Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Consumer PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer segments.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
