About the role
- Directly manage and grow a large global business, with full ownership of P&L
- Drive the full lifecycle from new product incubation to scaled, global market launches
- Lead and inspire a large, distributed workforce of over 500 employees
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share through both direct and indirect sales channels
- Oversee the development of critical hardware, software, cloud, and AI/ML solutions
- Define and evolve a multi-year vision and business strategy for enterprise retail
- Lead investment planning, portfolio prioritization, and financial modeling
- Build and scale global partner ecosystems that expand revenue
- Serve as the face of the business with enterprise customers and partners
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise B2B leadership with global P&L accountability
- Deep experience delivering mission-critical hardware, software, and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to build and scale direct and indirect global sales organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple regions
- Prior CEO or founder experience scaling a B2B enterprise retail technology company preferred.
