Troubleshoot print queue related issues
Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers
Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software.
Educating users on the usage of the Service Desk System for call logging
Requirements
Diploma or Graduation in IT (15 years of education is mandatory)
Typically has 1-2 years of work experience in desktop support, preferably in HP products in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on site customer support, Mission Critical, systems experience, or a related field.
