About the role
- Provides highly complex financial analysis, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving organisational objectives
- Drive strong financial results and be key player to contribute to best capacity on behalf of the team
- Strong executive presence and representation of the team in Management forums
- Lead OPEX Transformation investment ROI
- Build strong business cases, KPI and methodologies to measure ROI and represent Commercial Organisation at WW level
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Understand OPEX impact to overall Commercial Organisation level and P&L
- Provide finance consulting where needed
- Lead, design and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results
- Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
