About the role
- Own and drive high‑impact people initiatives across Global Functions, spanning operational and transformational work
- Translate leadership priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure disciplined execution with measurable outcomes, adoption, and business impact
- Establish and maintain a strong operating cadence for the GF People Team
- Work collaboratively with the GF People Leader to proactively plan throughout the year
- Ensure leadership forums are decision‑focused, well‑prepared, and result in clear actions and follow‑through
- Serve as a primary owner of executive‑level communications and materials
- Distill complex topics into clear, concise executive narratives that enable high‑quality decision‑making
- Act as a connector and integrator across GF People Partners and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in how the team operates with a strong focus on efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise programs, people strategy, HR transformation, operations, or management consulting
- Proven success working closely with senior executive leaders in global organizations
- University program or early‑career program experience is a strong plus
- Deep People Organization experience is valuable but not required
- AI‑fluent, with practical experience applying AI to improve work and outcomes.
