About the role

  • Own and drive high‑impact people initiatives across Global Functions, spanning operational and transformational work
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure disciplined execution with measurable outcomes, adoption, and business impact
  • Establish and maintain a strong operating cadence for the GF People Team
  • Work collaboratively with the GF People Leader to proactively plan throughout the year
  • Ensure leadership forums are decision‑focused, well‑prepared, and result in clear actions and follow‑through
  • Serve as a primary owner of executive‑level communications and materials
  • Distill complex topics into clear, concise executive narratives that enable high‑quality decision‑making
  • Act as a connector and integrator across GF People Partners and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in how the team operates with a strong focus on efficiency, clarity, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise programs, people strategy, HR transformation, operations, or management consulting
  • Proven success working closely with senior executive leaders in global organizations
  • University program or early‑career program experience is a strong plus
  • Deep People Organization experience is valuable but not required
  • AI‑fluent, with practical experience applying AI to improve work and outcomes.
