About the role

  • Prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, risk level, exposure, and potential impact on the organization’s operations
  • Provide vulnerability and/or misconfiguration remediation guidance risk-awareness for common vulnerabilities
  • Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of vulnerability reporting
  • Escalate significant vulnerabilities that are past due to leadership
  • Assess and provide guidance on potential false positives

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management and OS Hardening practices for Windows, Linux, and network equipment
  • In-depth understanding of common operating systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Cloud assets
  • Technical Cyber Security Certification through one of the recognized bodies preferred: SANS, ISACA, (ICS)2
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
