About the role
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable objectives.
- Lead communication of divisional strategy across internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Drive alignment across regions and functions to ensure consistent execution globally.
- Lead end-to-end agency planning across WW HP Solutions Marketing Teams
- Work alongside the Agency practice team to ensure implementation of the correct agency costs
- Manage agency scopes of work (SOW), performance tracking, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure clear briefs, strong governance, and accountability across agency engagements.
- Evaluate agency performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Working with the investment lead and budget controller, enable 100% Budget execution
- Manage purchase order (PO) processes, ensuring timely creation, approvals, and reconciliation.
- Maintain financial discipline and compliance with company procurement policies.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class marketing operating rhythms (planning cycles, QBRs, reporting cadences).
- Drive process improvements to enhance speed, transparency, and accountability.
- Develop and communicate Strategy playbooks to enable execution of Global strategy in markets
- In partnership with vertical business planners, drive alignment with Market marketing strategy & planning leads to ensure global consistency and local relevance.
- Provide executive-ready updates and materials for leadership reviews.
- Facilitate decision-making through structured analysis and clear recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, consulting, or related roles.
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven track record managing agencies and large-scale marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and PO management.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders.
