About the role
- Leads all strategic communication for the HP Solutions Delivery & Operations organization
- Compiles, manages and aligns all centralized email communication, web presence and social media presence for the organization
- Defines, plans and executes the overall branding strategy for the SD&O organization and its leadership team
- Leads all written centralized email communication for the SD&O organization
- Leads SD&O web presence content evaluation, compilation and editing
- Leads social media presence for the organization and its leadership team
- Supports project communication for the organization and its L4 groups
- Manages HP representation at internal and external events
Requirements
- Typically 10+ years’ experience in the IT industry, ideally in Communication Management and/or Project Management roles
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communications, IT service management or Project Management
- Experience working with the Poppulo communication management tool
- Experience in project management, all PM certifications are a plus
- Experience with service delivery management and knowledge of delivery processes
- Experience interacting with Customers, Partners and external event organizers
- Fluent English, with excellent written communication skills
- Other languages knowledge are nice to have
- Business acumen of services delivery organization
- Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
- Able to work professionally with confidential information
